French politics going backwards in time

As in other parts of France, here too you have some organized regionalism. Unlike in Corsica, here the argument is not so much about independence from France, but rather of « preserving identity ».
Harmonie, paix et sécurité ne peuvent exister que dans une société ethniquement et culturellement homogène.

Cristina has finally been able to succesfully apply for a residence permit, known as Carte de Séjour ! Even if this is only the application, it already grants her the rights to work in France, and to stay longer than 3 months in the "Schengen" countries. If all goes as expected she'll receive the final document around New Year.
